Buyer seeks engineering consulting services to develop a new Control and Electrical Systems Operational Technology Master Plan. The plan will provide guidance for handling short and long-term CES projects over the next ten years. The consultant will evaluate the current Emerson Ovation Distributed Control System and help decide whether to retain or replace it. The plan will modernize the EchoWater Facility's aging infrastructure and update programming standards and cybersecurity policies.
