• Provide Box Enterprise subscription for 140 users
• Provide Box Shield content management security for 140 users
• Deliver subscription access within 14 days after receipt of order
• Implement enterprise content management system under Enterprise ID 445036
• Offer security features for content management
• Provide email support Monday-Friday during business hours
• Respond to support requests within eight business hours
• Maintain online support portal with searchable knowledge base
• Provide instant access to download links and product updates
• Offer 5-year initial subscription term with extension options
