Buyer seeks a qualified consultant to facilitate and develop a comprehensive three-year strategic plan. The selected firm will work closely with the organization's Strategic Planning Committee, board, staff, members, and other stakeholders. The plan will focus on strengthening the BID's impact and advancing its position as Arlington's premier urban district. Deliverables include stakeholder engagement, collaborative sessions, and a final Strategic Plan by October 2025.
