Buyer seeks a complete hosted ticketing solution for the Bismarck Event Center, Exhibit Hall, and Belle Mehus. The system must include sale, delivery, tracking, and reporting of ticket sales, account management, and marketing distribution services. Buyer requires the system to be PCI compliant with comprehensive hardware, software configuration, and technical support. The initial contract will run for five years beginning July 1, 2025, with potential for two one-year extensions.

- Supply ticket sales, delivery, tracking, and reporting capabilities
- Establish account management and marketing distribution services
- Configure system for 10-16 concurrent users
- Develop venue seating maps with modification capabilities
- Implement online credit card authorization and charging system
- Create electronic commerce/website sales interface
- Provide 24-hour technical support and training
