Buyer seeks to develop and/or maintain a customized digital platform to support suicide prevention among veterans in Colorado. The platform will provide resources for upstream suicide prevention, including veteran community connectedness and economic supports. Buyer aims to serve Colorado veterans, military service members, and their families by promoting resilience and well-being. The website will connect veterans to evidence-based national and local resources at the right time to increase self-awareness and build resilience.

• Five years experience creating/maintaining public-facing website platform
• Five years experience with veteran's suicide prevention projects
• Five years experience with creative development and paid media
• Five years experience providing monthly strategic analytics
• Ability to create Google Analytics Dashboard
• Adequate personnel with necessary credentials and training
• Be evidence-based or evidence-informed
• Have key partnerships across the state
• Completed minimum two similar projects within past five years

• Create/maintain public-facing veteran suicide prevention resource platform
• Provide account management services including maintenance and security
• Develop vendor toolkit with collateral materials and social media content
• Develop and implement paid media plan
• Secure opportunities through PSAs, digital targeting, and social venues
• Provide monthly strategic analytics and reporting
• Create Google Analytics Dashboard with county-level information
• Develop presentation decks for community members
• Enable users to identify resources across Colorado by location
• Update resources regularly to ensure information is current
