Buyer seeks an IT Managed Service and Cybersecurity Provider to assess, recommend, improve, secure, monitor, and maintain its existing IT infrastructure. Buyer operates water and wastewater services across six locations with 56 full-time employees and 5 board members. The contract is for a three-year term with an optional two-year extension. Services include workstation management, 24/7 monitoring, cybersecurity, data backup, and network management.

• Resources to provide cost effective and timely services
• Professional liability insurance (minimum $1 million per occurrence)
• Experience with similar IT systems

• Provide workstation management for 78 workstations, 4 tablets, and 4 servers
• Implement 24/7/365 security operations center monitoring
• Perform annual penetration testing (internal and external)
• Manage data backup solution, recovery, and monitoring with annual restoration testing
• Implement malware/virus protection and email security measures
• Conduct vulnerability scanning and management
• Manage network devices including firewall maintenance and security patching
• Support VoIP phone system (optional service)
• Integrate with SCADA networks (familiarity preferred)
• Provide onboarding transition from existing MSSP
