• Staff with MCSA certification or higher
• Staff with MCITP certification
• Preferred: Network+ and Security+ certifications
• DC and FBI background checks
• CPR (Child Protection Registry) check
• Negative tuberculosis test
• DC Mandated Reporter training

• Maintain school computers and peripheral devices
• Provide regular help desk support via ticketing system
• Implement security measures to protect networks
• Maintain security camera system with 15 cameras
• Provide remote server backup for all system data
• Manage Office 365 accounts and services
• Administer Google Workspace as super admin
• Maintain GoDaddy account and website hosting
• Ensure 99th percentile network up-time
• Hold monthly IT meetings with leadership team
