The contractor must retrieve standardized election results data, provide application documentation, and maintain stable releases of all third-party extensions.

• Must be registered to do business with the state
• Have a current Unified Business Identifier (UBI)
• Possess at least eight years' experience providing archival storage solutions for election results

• Provide a fully developed, off-the-shelf Solution with minor customizations
• Retrieve standardized election results data from VoteWA
• Provide application documentation related to the Solution
• Provide automated release of application code using automated pipelines
• Maintain stable releases of all third-party extensions
• Provide a Customer Support System (Help Desk)
• Perform development testing, including automated tests
• Provide automated security code review before deployment
• Monitor the Solution utilizing OSOS-provided monitoring tool
