Orange Blossom Trail Development Board

Buyer is seeking qualified firms to provide continuing professional services in four key disciplines: Planning & Economic Analysis, Landscape Architecture/Urban Design, Engineering, and Architecture. These services will help implement the OBTNext Master Plan for revitalizing an 8.3-mile corridor from State Road 50 to State Road 528. Selected firms will work on various projects including roadway improvements, affordable housing, commercial development, and public spaces. Buyer encourages participation from Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises.

• Create affordable housing concepts and initiatives

• Establish maker's spaces for training and small business development
• Implement placemaking initiatives along the corridor
• Assist with property acquisition and land banking strategies
• Design public recreational spaces along the corridor
• Transform public spaces along Orange Blossom Trail
• Develop implementation strategies for the OBTNext Master Plan
• Ensure economic viability of revitalization efforts
• Design community spaces for residents and visitors
• Create sustainable infrastructure improvement plans

• Analyze economic impacts of proposed improvements
