Buyer is seeking professional engineering services to develop a comprehensive Transportation Master Plan that will guide development of Pima County's transportation system over the next 25+ years. The plan will recognize quality of life, economic development, and environmental benefits of a transportation system oriented toward equitable mobility, safety, and multimodal travel. Buyer wants to integrate mode-specific plans, transportation policies, safety initiatives, and sustainability considerations while creating a methodology for prioritizing transportation investments.

• Arizona Certificate of Registration for Engineering practice
• American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) Certification

• Develop comprehensive transportation vision and actionable mobility goals
• Conduct countywide transportation network evaluation across all modes
• Create robust community engagement plan for diverse population groups
• Model growth scenarios based on observed trends and land use plans
• Identify priority networks for each transportation mode
• Develop project prioritization methodology that is modifiable and repeatable
• Create detailed list of transportation improvements with cost estimates
• Design recommended roadway typologies and typical cross-sections
• Recommend updates to policies, programs and right-of-way management practices
• Prepare final Transportation Master Plan documentation for adoption
