• Five years experience building websites using open-source CMS
• Completed at least three higher education institutions' public websites
• Responsible for all aspects of ITIL Development and Service Lifecycles

• Conduct discovery including stakeholder interviews and data analysis
• Create user stories based on research findings
• Develop wireframes and high-fidelity design mockups
• Build website using WordPress CMS with responsive design
• Integrate with HubSpot and Slate CRM systems
• Implement SEO best practices and content migration
• Create training materials and conduct training sessions
• Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility compliance
• Deploy website on Pantheon hosting platform
• Provide post-production warranty support
