Buyer seeks an IT services vendor to provide comprehensive support for all operations across multiple facilities. The support includes on-site and remote assistance for workstations, servers, networks, telecommunications, and security systems. Buyer requires vendor to manage software, hardware, vendor relationships, and security protocols while developing strategic plans. The vendor will be serving an organization with approximately 50 full-time employees and 200 part-time/seasonal staff.
- 4/11/2025 - Pre-Submittal Conference (Mandatory)
- 5/5/2025 - Proposal Due Date
- Staff must maintain relevant certifications
- Must conduct background checks on employees
- Must maintain required insurance coverage
- Must attend mandatory pre-submittal conference
- Provide on-site technician minimum 24 hours weekly, consistently same person
- Manage IT service desk operations with defined SLA response times
- Conduct comprehensive initial IT audit with detailed documentation deliverables
- Support diverse hardware including servers, network infrastructure, security and surveillance systems
- Deliver 24/7 emergency support for critical systems
- Provide disaster recovery planning with specific RTO/RPO objectives
- Implement comprehensive security measures including regular audits and penetration testing
- Attend monthly board meetings for technical support
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate technology contracts
- Maintain knowledge base of operations that remains property of ACC
