The solution should support a wide range of survey types from simple questionnaires to detailed research projects. Buyer requires advanced data privacy and security features as well as integration capabilities with other applications. This is a Request for Information (RFI) to determine qualified sources and gather budget information for a possible future competitive procurement.

• Deploy surveys to mobile devices, apps, and websites with URL shortening
• Collect geographic information from survey submissions including IP address and geolocation
• Provide real-time reporting and monitoring technology for in-process surveys
• Implement SOC2-certified security protocols with advanced data privacy features
• Enable custom branding with logos, fonts, and photo uploads
• Support anonymous surveys and/or validated user identification methods
