Guam Visitors Bureau

Buyer seeks a professional destination marketing agency to promote Guam as a tourist destination in South Korea. The selected agency will act as buyer's representative and liaison office in South Korea for matters concerning Guam. The contract will cover four fiscal years with the option for three one-year renewals. The agency will develop marketing strategies, execute advertising campaigns, maintain industry relationships, and track performance metrics to increase visitor arrivals from South Korea.

• Must be independent of any travel agency, airline, or wholesaler
• Must have proven track record in sales, marketing, and public relations
• Must have expertise in the South Korean travel market

• Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for the South Korean market
• Maintain strong connections with air carriers, travel agencies, and wholesalers
• Execute advertising and public relations campaigns promoting Guam
• Conduct market research to understand consumer sentiments and refine strategies
• Organize and staff trade shows, familiarization tours, and promotional events
• Manage crisis communications related to safety or security concerns
• Create branded promotional materials and collateral for the Korean market
• Develop campaigns showcasing Guam's unique CHamoru culture and heritage
• Collaborate on strategies to increase airline capacity and direct flights
• Track campaign performance and provide detailed reporting on all initiatives
