The project aims to strengthen IT operations by increasing available manpower, improving technical responsiveness, and enhancing system reliability. The selected vendor will collaborate with internal City IT staff while supporting designated department IT systems and infrastructure. Services include helpdesk support, network monitoring, workstation management, and security oversight for these first responder departments.

  • Minimum of seven years delivering co-managed or fully managed IT services
  • Experience supporting municipal, public safety, or government agency environments
  • Maintain $1,000,000 liability insurance and $1,000,000 cybersecurity insurance
  • Personnel must be CJIS-compliant
  • Provide remote helpdesk and end-user support for first responder departments
  • Deliver on-site technical support as needed
  • Manage endpoint antivirus and malware protection
  • Monitor and maintain department-specific network infrastructure
  • Manage wireless networks for department facilities and assets
  • Monitor, update, and patch workstations
  • Provide file-level backup and recovery monitoring
  • Deliver Virtual Chief Technology Officer advisory services
  • Perform risk assessments and IT security reviews
  • Ensure CJIS Security Policy compliance
