Buyer seeks qualified vendor to provide an agency-wide public housing software application system for their 328 public housing units and 414 vouchers. The system must handle financial applications, housing applications, and provide modern features including mobile access and online tools. Buyer requires full data conversion from existing system, staff training, and ongoing technical support. The new system must be fully operational by July 1, 2025.

• Must reside in the United States
• Must have understanding of HUD regulations related to affordable housing
• Cannot be barred from doing business with HUD or Kentucky
• Must make efforts to use small/minority-owned businesses
• Must provide liability/auto/workers compensation insurance

• Provide integrated public housing software system for 328 units and 414 vouchers
• Convert historical data from current MRI Lindsey system by July 1, 2025
• Implement comprehensive financial applications including GL, budgeting, and AP/AR
• Deploy housing management applications for various voucher programs
• Integrate online tools for tenants, landlords, and applicants
• Provide mobile solutions for inspections and work order management
• Deliver staff training for end-users and technical personnel
• Support HUD compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
• Provide ongoing technical support and software updates
• Integrate with third-party services like banking and payment systems
