• Experience providing IT services for sports venues with 50,000+ capacity
• Track record managing large-scale IT environments with complex requirements
• Expertise in cybersecurity, network management, and event-specific IT challenges
• Ability to scale services for large and diverse audiences
• Availability of dedicated team for flexible on-site and remote support

• Maintain and support hardware, software, and network infrastructure
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures and threat detection
• Provide tiered helpdesk support with 24/7 coverage for critical systems
• Support specialized stadium systems including POS and ticketing platforms
• Coordinate IT support for major events with on-site personnel
• Setup and teardown temporary IT systems for events
• Develop and maintain a 3-5 year strategic IT roadmap
