• Install erosion control with straw waddle (1,312 ft) and silt sacks for catch basins
• Reclaim, remove and dispose of excess material as needed (6,848 SY)
• Fine grade and compact reclaimed surface (6,848 SY)
• Rebuild catch basins as needed (4 EA)
• Install 2-inch 19MM Superpave Intermediate binder course (6,848 SY)
• Install roadway berm (1,312 FT)
• Apply tack coat to prepared surfaces
• Install 1.5-inch 12.5MM Superpave surface top course (6,848 SY)
• Furnish and install speed hump (1 EA)
• Manage site restoration and cleanup
