Buyer operates two water treatment plants and thirty SCADA-operated pump stations serving 1.2 million customers. The existing SCADA system needs updates to maintain security, functionality, stability, and resilience while preparing for new federal and state compliance requirements.

  • Provide configuration management system for SCADA lifecycle tracking
  • Present modern trends in high-performance HMI and control room design
  • Analyze alarm management strategies and data analytics improvements
  • Determine SCADA requirements for compliance with cybersecurity frameworks
  • Assess compatibility with upcoming government regulatory requirements
  • Perform financial analysis comparing upgrade versus replacement options
