Buyer seeks a contractor to create a public education and awareness campaign about Family Treatment Court (FTC). The campaign will educate the public and key stakeholders including state policy makers about FTC benefits for New Hampshire families. Buyer requires digital marketing strategy, messaging and public engagement including the production of a microsite, videos, and audio clips for digital marketing. The project will run from May 1, 2025 until September 30, 2025.

• 4/21/2025 - Vendor Inquiry Period Ends
• 4/24/2025 - Final NHJB Responses to Vendor Inquiries
• 5/1/2025 - Anticipated Project Commencement
• 5/8/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 5/12/2025 - Estimated Timeframe for Vendor Oral Presentations
• 5/19/2025 - Estimated Notification of Selection
• 9/30/2025 - Contract End Date

• Out of state vendors must have Certificate of Authority to transact business in NH
• All contractors must be registered and in good standing on www.sam.gov
• Vendors must register with NH Department of Administrative Services for vendor number
• Previous experience designing and implementing marketing campaigns for public entities preferred

• Create a unique microsite for Family Treatment Court information
• Produce short videos and audio clips for digital marketing

• Provide content management during contract term
