Buyer requires vendors to complete a Prompt Pay Discount form to offer discounts for early payments. Vendors must specify percentage discounts for payments issued within 10, 15, 20, and 30 days. The program benefits vendors through increased cash flow and benefits the buyer through reduced costs. Vendors must accept Electronic Funds Transfer for maximum benefit and must justify any inability to participate.

• 5/8/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Must do business with the Commonwealth
• Must provide Prompt Payment Discount unless proven unduly burdensome
• Must accept Electronic Funds Transfer (preferred)

• Complete Prompt Pay Discount form
• Offer percentage discounts for early payments
• Provide discount rates for 10, 15, 20, and 30-day payment timeframes
• Accept Electronic Funds Transfer payments
• Enroll in VendorWeb system for payment tracking
• Justify any inability to provide prompt payment discounts
• Obtain vendor code (VCUST)
• Authorize form with official signature
