• Prior experience with website design and development work
• History of successfully meeting project requirements with state agencies
• Familiarity with Hawaii's aquatic habitats, conservation, and fishing

• Create website information architecture and improved user experience design
• Develop style guides for DAR homepage and core landing pages
• Conduct user feedback sessions on current website layout
• Design responsive website for mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
• Redesign up to 200 existing web pages
• Create up to 10 new core web pages
• Design Story Maps for up to 40 new core web pages
• Produce three professional quality videos for homepage
• Develop maintenance plan with estimated costs
• Create training manual and conduct staff training session
