Buyer seeks a Dell EMC-authorized reseller to provide EMC Data Domain HW/SW maintenance. The contract will be for one year with services located at two sites in New York. Buyer requires maintenance for DD6800 systems including hardware and software components. This opportunity is limited to businesses certified as minority or women-owned business enterprises.

- Must be certified by Dell as an authorized reseller
- Must be a current City-certified M/WBE
- Provide ProSupport Plus 4HR/MC Hardware Support for DD6800 systems
- Maintain DD software components with ProSupport Plus
- Service equipment at two locations (Centre Street and Teleport Drive)
- Ensure manufacturer warranties are guaranteed
- Coordinate on-site support when requested by Comptroller's Office
- Resell Dell EMC maintenance services as authorized reseller
- Support DD Boost Software Options
- Support DD Replication Software Options
- Provide Post Standard Support Extensions with 4HR Hardware support
- Maintain vRealize DP Extension and Data Protection components
