Buyer seeks a contractor to provide sustainment and support services for the GPS operational unit. The contract is a follow-on IDIQ for engineering, analysis, and remote site sustainment services. Buyer requires support for ground system maintenance, network administration, and defensive cyber operations. The work will be performed at multiple locations including Schriever SFB, Vandenberg SFB, and remote GPS monitoring sites worldwide.

• 5/12/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 12/31/2025 - Current GEARSS II contract expiration

• Personnel must have appropriate security clearances (minimum NACLC)
• DCO personnel must have cybersecurity certifications IAW DoDM 8140.03
• Ability to manage operations in El Paso County, Colorado

• Provide DCO support for data analysis and network monitoring
• Maintain GPS assets at remote sites (Ascension, Kwajalein, Diego Garcia, Cape Canaveral)
• Support ground system technical tasks and on-orbit activities
• Perform COMSEC Responsible Officer duties at all remote sites
• Provide Network Administration Office support per technical orders
• Support cybersecurity operations including vulnerability management
• Execute troubleshooting and preventive maintenance at remote sites
• Support site reconfiguration procedures for OCX transition
• Manage technical meetings for configuration control and cybersecurity
• Develop and maintain employee retention plan for DCO personnel
