Buyer is seeking a qualified vendor to provide community outreach and communications services. The scope includes communications strategy, content creation, material production, website redesign, graphic design, and event support. Buyer serves over 300,000 people in Alexandria and parts of Fairfax County, treating approximately 38 million gallons of wastewater daily. The successful vendor will help buyer effectively communicate with customers, residents, staff, and community members through various channels.

• Redesign and maintain AlexRenew.com website
• Provide graphic design, illustration, and animation support
• Deliver photography and videography services
• Plan and assist with community events
• Translate outreach materials into Spanish, Arabic, and Amharic
• Manage brand identity and positioning
• Support strategic partnerships and community engagement
