Buyer is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive communications and outreach services. The scope includes developing communications strategies, creating content for multiple platforms, redesigning the AlexRenew.com website, and supporting community engagement efforts. Buyer serves over 300,000 people in Alexandria and parts of Fairfax County, treating approximately 38 million gallons of wastewater daily. The contract will support buyer's mission to treat wastewater to protect public health and waterways.

- Develop communications and outreach strategy and planning
- Create and produce print materials including reports, flyers, and signage
- Design and develop graphics, illustrations, and animations
- Create digital content for social media and websites
- Redesign AlexRenew.com website
- Provide photography and videography services
- Plan and assist with community events
- Translate outreach materials into Spanish, Arabic, and Amharic
- Manage brand and develop advertising efforts
- Write press releases and content for various communications channels
