• Resurfacing Route 3 mainline and Exit 72B SB off-ramp
• Fine milling pavement 0.75 inches deep
• Installing ultrathin bonded overlay polymer pavement
• Applying high-performance crack sealer and fog seal on shoulders
• Replacing standard guardrail end treatments with MASH-compliant w-beam
• Bridge milling and resurfacing with Superpave courses
• Performing full and partial depth bridge deck repairs
• Upgrading ITS and TDC equipment on Route 3
• Placing pavement markings and tree trimming
• Coordinating with active adjacent construction projects
