Buyer seeks a firm to provide comprehensive IT services to support its Housing Choice Voucher Program, Low Income Public Housing Program, and State of Connecticut Moderate Rental Program. Buyer has no internal IT employees and needs full-service management of its systems and help desk. Buyer wants to update physical IT infrastructure, organize and migrate data, replace server-based enterprise software with cloud-based systems, and transition paper files to cloud-based solutions. The contract term is three years with two possible one-year extensions.
