Buyer is seeking a vendor to create an anti-stigma campaign for Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) in Calvert County. The campaign aims to educate the public that MOUD is the most effective treatment for individuals struggling with Opioid Use Disorder. The project includes developing marketing materials, maintaining a website, and implementing strategies to destigmatize substance use disorders. Buyer requires regular reporting and meeting attendance throughout the project period.

• Demonstrate experience with similar projects
• Ability to clearly communicate required messaging to the public
• Commitment to attend meetings prompted by the LBHA
• Ability to provide contracted materials within award period
• Ability to design and implement marketing strategies upon request

• Create a comprehensive media campaign targeting Calvert County residents
• Design marketing materials including print, radio, and/or video content
• Expand and maintain the current MOUDworksforme website
• Develop a strategy to destigmatize Substance Use Disorders
• Educate the public about addiction as a disease
• Promote MOUD as an evidence-based, gold standard intervention
• Deliver messaging that MOUD saves lives and increases treatment retention
• Provide monthly reports by the 15th of each month
• Attend biweekly meetings with LBHA to provide project updates
• Create and submit an itemized budget for the project
