Buyer seeks a qualified firm to provide an Online Assessment Website and Related Professional Services. The website will provide 24/7 sharing of parcel-centric information extracted from the NYSDTF RPS V4 system. The solution must allow public searching of assessment and sale information in an easily readable format. The contract will be for three years with option for two additional one-year extensions.

• 5/9/2025 - Question submission deadline
• 5/16/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 8/1/2025 - Website implementation deadline

• Project experience working with NYSDTF RPS V4 system
• Ability to perform conversion to NYSDTF RPS Online process
• Minimum of three compliant NYS municipality website references
• References must have been in operation for minimum of 3 years

• Extract data from NYSDTF RPS V4 database for online display
• Import and merge multiple RPS V4 datasets from independent installations
• Provide parcel-centric information sharing available 24/7
• Create comparable search capabilities across county and municipalities
• Integrate with Google Maps, Bing Maps, and Eagleview CONNECTExplorer
• Manage RPS V4 compliant image datasets including photos and documents
• Provide judicial security updates to property records within 24 hours
• Develop extended notes feature supporting various file format imports
• Interface with existing Saratoga County GIS web services
• Implement comprehensive disaster recovery plan ensuring business continuity
• Create user-friendly display and printing of various parcel information
• Provide web hosting services within USA boundaries
• Deliver live staff training on administrative functions
• Provide ongoing user and technical support during business hours
• Support integration with other aerial photography web viewers
