Buyer seeks a qualified vendor to provide, support and maintain a Disaster Recovery Cold Site outside of Washington State. The cold site must support complete recovery of data and services. Vendor must provide facilities, operational support, and recovery capabilities meeting specific technical requirements for servers, storage, and networking. Contract includes regular testing exercises and emergency disaster recovery services.

• 4/23/2025 - Pre-Bid Conference
• 4/25/2025 - Responses to Questions posted
• 5/16/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 7/1/2025 - Contract Start Date

• Must be currently on the WEBS notification list for specified commodity codes

• Provide a disaster recovery cold site outside of Washington State
• Support two annual cold site recovery exercises
• Ensure cold site availability within 8 hours of disaster declaration
• Support ISP services including website hosting during disasters
• Provide operational support services for recovery operations
• Maintain hardware to Original Equipment Manufacturer certification levels
• Ensure cold site availability for minimum 60 days post-disaster
• Maintain rack space with dedicated power requirements
• Support recovery time objectives for critical systems
• Implement proper security controls and data cleanup procedures
