Buyer seeks an experienced full-service communications firm to produce advertising and educational outreach marketing campaigns reaching all Californians, including diverse ethnic markets. Buyer needs a firm to help Californians become more earthquake resilient through retrofitting, mitigation, and insurance protection. The selected firm will develop marketing campaigns, provide creative services, and assist with positioning buyer's earthquake insurance and mitigation programs. Buyer expects expertise in transcreation for multi-ethnic audiences and comprehensive advertising production across all media platforms.

  • Based in California or have Key Personnel in California
  • Develop advertising and marketing campaigns for general and ethnic markets
  • Create transcreated marketing assets for multi-ethnic/language audiences
  • Provide graphic design including photography, illustration, and motion graphics
  • Develop video production services including filming, directing, and script writing
  • Design digital products for social media and search engine optimization
  • Develop and facilitate market research studies
  • Create consumer-tested content for various media channels
  • Deliver website design and production services
  • Secure cost-effective licensing buyouts and talent agreements
  • Develop earthquake resilience and retrofitting marketing campaigns
  • Assist with overall marketing strategy and brand positioning
  • Assess existing content for future campaign leveraging
  • Interpret campaign data for effective messaging recommendations
  • Create culturally competent content across diverse demographic groups
  • Provide printing and fulfillment services
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies for general and ethnic markets
  • Increase brand awareness for CEA services
  • Design seismic retrofit promotion campaigns
  • Support earthquake insurance promotional efforts
  • Maintain transparent and efficient billing processes
