Buyer seeks proposals from experienced managers for direct private equity strategies, specifically North American small and middle market buyout investments. Buyer intends to commit approximately $10 million to selected manager(s). First-time funds, secondary strategies, primary funds of funds, and public equity strategies will not be considered. The selected manager(s) must comply with Massachusetts laws and PERAC regulations.

• Manage North American small and middle market buyout investments
• Execute direct private equity strategy investments
• Comply with Massachusetts laws Chapter 32 and 176
• Adhere to PERAC regulations and Placement Agent Policy
• Invest approximately $10 million in private equity
• Identify and evaluate small/middle market buyout opportunities
• Provide expertise in North American private equity markets
• Generate competitive returns on private equity investments
• Maintain regulatory compliance with 840 CMR
• Support Board's private equity allocation goals
