Buyer seeks a vendor to provide solid waste collection and disposal services for 14 locations within the Hattiesburg Public School District. The contract involves servicing dumpsters at various frequencies at schools, administrative buildings, and maintenance facilities. Services include maintaining dumpsters with both top and side openings and providing roll-off service. The initial contract period is for one year with the option to renew for two additional years.

• Must have valid landfill permit
• Must provide workers compensation coverage
• Must provide comprehensive liability insurance of at least $1,000,000

• Provide solid waste collection and disposal services for 14 locations
• Maintain and repair dumpsters with both top and side openings
• Service cafeteria dumpsters 5 times weekly
• Service school dumpsters 1-2 times weekly
• Service a 40-yard roll-off dumpster 4 times per year
• Remove cafeteria dumpsters each summer for cleaning
• Return cleaned dumpsters when school begins
• Provide up to 12 extra dumps for 8-yard dumpsters annually
• Comply with all applicable federal and state EPA regulations
• Maintain comprehensive liability insurance of at least $1,000,000
