Buyer seeks to upgrade their Metasys building automation system network engines across multiple school facilities. The project involves upgrading an ADS server and replacing eleven network controllers with newer Johnson Controls SNE series models. Work must be completed by August 30, 2025 and includes transferring existing databases to the new equipment. All equipment must support specific communication protocols and be BTL certified.

• Completed projects of similar scope and size
• Met all timeline requirements on previous projects
• Must provide references
• Must provide insurance verification
• Must submit completed W-9 form
• Must submit completed E-Verify form

• Upgrade existing ADS server to latest Metasys software version
• Include Metasys 1-year license subscription and SMP
• Replace 4 NAE 4510 controllers with SNE 11002 models
• Replace 5 NAE 5510 controllers with SNE 22002 models
• Replace 2 NCE 2560 controllers with SNE 10502/cgm 09090 models
• Reuse existing database and transfer to new SNE controllers
• Deploy BACnet Standard MS/TP Bus Protocol ASHRAE SSPC-135
• Ensure Network Engines are BTL listed/certified
• Install controllers tested and certified as BACnet Building Controller (B-BC)
• Implement Johnson Controls N2 Field Bus support
