Buyer is requesting proposals to build, outfit, and ship a custom HVAC trailer for teaching a Heating & Cooling Technician diploma program throughout northern Minnesota. The trailer must include workstations for students, equipment areas for furnace installation, acetylene torch booths, storage space, and specialized training equipment mounting areas. The trailer needs to be fully functional in Minnesota weather conditions with proper heating, cooling, and insulation systems.

• 6/13/2025 - Contract Start Date

• Build custom 53ft x 8.5ft x 13.6ft HVAC trailer with 40ft expanding side
• Install proper insulation and HVAC suitable for Minnesota weather
• Create workstations for 6-9 students in slide-out portion
• Install 3 acetylene torch booths with appropriate venting
• Create 4 equipment block areas (8ftx5ft) with electrical and fuel lines
• Provide 50kw generator capable of powering entire trailer
• Install storage space below trailer for program materials
• Ensure ADA compliance with wheelchair lift access
• Create mounting areas for iConnect training boards
• Design and install exterior trailer wrap
