Buyer seeks to establish a contract with a qualified offeror to audit, remediate, and redesign their website for language and disability accessibility, as well as mobile compatibility. The project includes a comprehensive content audit, content architecture improvements, website redesign, and staff training. The contractor will focus on enhancing accessibility, performance, and user experience across all platforms. The project must be completed before May 30, 2025.

• 5/30/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Must be enrolled in eVA procurement system
• Must be a certified SWaM business registered with Virginia Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity

• Conduct comprehensive site audit including content and accessibility assessment
• Provide content reorganization suggestions and updated sitemap
• Redesign website with modern format, comprehensive library, and style guide
• Ensure seamless user experience across browsers and platforms
• Implement quick processes for content updates and deletions
• Ensure smooth transition from old site to new site
• Provide interface outline to all OCS applications
• Transfer development to existing OCS servers for hosting
• Conduct comprehensive testing of new website
• Provide staff training on new site including virtual/in-person sessions
