Buyer seeks a qualified contractor to perform lawn fertilization and weed control services at the Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare facility in Columbus. Services include three annual applications of broadleaf weed control and fertilization and two annual treatments for plant/flower/mulch beds. The contract covers State Fiscal Years 2026-2027 (July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027). Contractor must have proper licensure and experienced personnel to perform all required services.

• 5/22/2025 - Pre-bid walkthrough
• 6/3/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 7/1/2025 - Contract start date
• 6/30/2027 - Contract end date

• Site supervisor with minimum three years commercial experience
• Trained personnel directly employed or supervised by contractor
• Current license as a Lawn Fertilizer/Weed Control applicator
• No unresolved findings for recovery under Ohio Revised Code

• Apply broadleaf weed control and fertilization three times annually
• Treat plant/flower/mulch beds twice annually
• Field verify all application areas prior to service
• Perform services during regular working hours (7am-5pm, M-F)
• Coordinate with facility for 10-day advance scheduling of services
• Provide trained personnel directly employed by contractor
• Follow all applicable facility rules during on-site work
• Service both FY 2026 and FY 2027 contract periods
• Attend pre-bid walkthrough to assess treatment areas
• Maintain proper licensure for lawn fertilizer/weed control application
