Buyer is seeking a contractor to provide Residential Mortgage Credit Reports for individual borrowers who have applied for homeownership loans. Reports must include merged data from all three credit reporting agencies - Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. The service will assist buyer in analyzing single-family borrower applications and deciding whether to approve loan applications. Reports must be delivered through a secure online portal.

• At least three years experience providing Residential Mortgage Credit Reports

• Provide tri-merge credit reports from all three major agencies
• Create residential mortgage credit reports for loan applicants
• Include valid credit scores from each reporting agency
• Flag potential identity theft issues on reports
• Include employment history and self-employment status
• Provide FICO scores from Fair Isaac Corporation
• Detail trade information by credit line with payment history
• Show residential history and public record filings
• Deliver reports through a secure internet portal
• Provide administrative rights to the Department within portal
