Buyer seeks competitive proposals to upgrade the HVAC in Morton Elementary School. The project includes replacing three roof top units, one mini-split, converting an evaporative cooler to a dual zone mini-split, and replacing two boilers with associated pumping systems. The successful vendor will be responsible for all engineering, design, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, and services necessary to complete the work. All new systems must integrate with the existing Johnson Controls Building Automation System.

• Minimum of five years in commercial HVAC business

• Replace 3 roof top units (RTUs) including crane and hoisting services
• Install new mini-split cooling system for POP room
• Replace evaporative cooler with dual zone mini-split for music room
• Replace 2 boilers including circulating pumps and building pumps
• Provide engineering, design, labor, supervision and materials
• Remove and dispose of existing equipment per regulations
• Modify curbs, electrical, controls, and ductwork transitions
• Re-pipe primary/secondary heating loop in mechanical room
• Install new pump equipment pads for new base mounted pumps
• Integrate controls with existing Johnson Controls Metasys Building Automation System
