Buyer seeks to establish a contract with one qualified supplier to install and maintain satellite cable television equipment and provide programming services. The contract will serve various Department of Corrections facilities throughout Virginia. The supplier will provide all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision necessary to deliver and distribute both local and cable television signals. Currently 37 facilities have television distribution service that will transition to this new contract.

• Ability to install and maintain satellite equipment
• Experience providing similar services to other clients

• Install satellite dish antenna systems at multiple correctional facilities
• Provide and maintain all equipment for TV signal reception
• Deliver local and cable television signals to facility outlets
• Ensure reasonably clear picture quality for all channels
• Provide required religious programming channels
• Supply and maintain head-end equipment for signal distribution
• Respond to service outages within 24 hours
• Complete repairs within 36 hours of reported problems
• Provide equipment for seven unused channels for facility messaging
• Support optional IP streaming solutions if required
