• Possess proper tow trucks and equipment for all vehicle types

• Provide 24/7 towing services for SPPD with 25-minute response time
• Tow illegally parked, wrecked, abandoned, and evidence vehicles
• Clean up accident debris including broken glass from roadways
• Provide lot moves between impound facilities
• Perform service calls including tire changes and battery jumps
• Maintain detailed towing logs and submit monthly reports
• Tow electric vehicles with appropriate safety precautions
• Provide courtesy moves for obstructions to street work
• Use proper equipment based on vehicle type
• Respond to dispatch calls 24/7 with properly equipped trucks
