Buyer is requesting bids for Event Security and Support Services for Athletics. The contract will be for a two-year period with three optional one-year renewals. Services include staffing athletic events for baseball, basketball, soccer, softball, track and field, volleyball, and other events hosted at university facilities. Contractor must provide trained and uniformed personnel for crowd management, ticket taking, security, and customer service during events.

• Five years experience with crowd control and event management
• Experience servicing three venues with 8,000+ capacity
• Five years experience with Division I universities sponsoring football
• Experience managing 75+ employees at multiple simultaneous events
• Experience with ADA rules and assisting handicapped patrons

• Staff and manage pass gates for identified game management personnel
• Perform bag checks for baggage, equipment, and deliveries
• Serve as ticket takers for public and student entrances
• Patrol specific areas for safety hazards and vandalism
• Manage crowd control and ensure patron safety
• Report criminal offenses or violations of policies
• Assist with customer service and post-event evacuation
• Serve as ushers in high traffic areas
• Effectively manage access to secure areas
• Provide trained supervisors for event security staff
