Buyer seeks qualified solar PV providers to design, engineer, and construct turn-key installations of approximately 3,075 kWdc solar photovoltaic systems at three city facilities. The project includes ground-mounted solar installations at Gier Community Center (110 kWdc), Wastewater Treatment Plant (2,950 kWdc), and Harton St. Pump Station (15 kWdc). Buyer aims to reduce grid electricity costs, maximize use of available tax credits and grants, and make progress towards renewable energy goals.

• Demonstrated experience designing, planning, and constructing solar PV systems
• Knowledge of local utilities and interconnection requirements
• Experience with projects of 500 kWdc or larger
• Capability to provide system monitoring and maintenance

• Design and engineer solar PV systems for three city facilities
• Finalize location, sizing, and panel mounting type
• Obtain utility interconnection approvals for all sites
• Prepare detailed construction documents and specifications
• Manage construction and implementation of solar installations
• Obtain all necessary permits and licenses
• Integrate monitoring systems with City's SCADA or other systems
• Complete system commissioning and performance testing
• Ensure compliance with IRA prevailing wage requirements
• Provide staff training and system documentation
