Buyer seeks a qualified firm to provide Electronic Monitoring Services for Macomb County Community Corrections. Services include global positioning satellite tether and electronic alcohol monitoring equipment 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for adult participants. The provider must maintain a central monitoring system with 24/7 staffing, report violations promptly, and provide technical support. The contract will be for a minimum of three years with potential for two one-year extensions.

• Report violations, tampering, and equipment malfunctions immediately
• Provide technical support and training for Community Corrections staff
• Maintain secure, waterproof, shock-resistant transmitters with backup power
• Perform timely hook-ups at Macomb County Jail and other locations
• Offer affordable payment plans for participants
• Provide court testimony on equipment and violation issues
• Maintain equipment sufficient to serve 300 offenders annually
• Ensure staff can pass jail security and LEIN clearance
