Buyer is requesting bids for upgrades to the Lenox Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project involves upgrading the headworks, adding a new tertiary treatment system for phosphorous removal, UV disinfection upgrades, and various ancillary improvements. • 6/18/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• DCAMM certificate of eligibility for Sewage and Water Treatment Plants
• Must be pre-qualified per MGL Ch 149, Section 44D ½ and 44D ¾
• Compliance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A-44J
• Current DCAMM certificate with updated statement of record

• Upgrade headworks systems at existing wastewater treatment plant
• Construct new tertiary treatment building for phosphorous removal
• Install UV disinfection system upgrades
• Implement site paving improvements
• Complete electrical system improvements
• Upgrade plant water systems
• Ensure compliance with Build America, Buy America Act requirements
• Coordinate with multiple subtrades including HVAC and electrical
• Manage waterproofing, damp-proofing, and caulking installations
• Install and integrate roofing and flashing systems
