Buyer is seeking qualified Environmental Consulting Firms to provide on-call Environmental Services. The contract requires expertise in brownfield and environmentally sensitive properties. Firms must demonstrate familiarity with state and local environmental regulations. Consultants will work with the Office of Planning to address environmental concerns throughout Louisville.

Minimum Qualifications

Task Summary

Conduct brownfield site assessments and investigations
Provide environmental regulatory compliance consulting
Develop remediation and cleanup plans for contaminated sites
Perform environmental impact assessments
Prepare environmental permit applications
Conduct soil and groundwater sampling and analysis
Develop hazardous materials management plans
Provide expertise on state and local environmental regulations
Integrate with Metro Brownfields Program requirements
Monitor environmental remediation projects
