Services include in-person interpretation, over-the-phone interpretation, video remote interpretation, and document translation. Buyer will award up to four contractors per lot to provide services for Spanish, American Sign Language, and other core languages. Services must be available 24/7/365 with certified interpreters who have at least two years of experience.

- Deliver video remote interpretation services through secure platforms
- Complete document translation with quality assurance review
- Provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation services
- Supply instructional materials including "I Speak" cards
- Maintain 24/7/365 availability for all interpretation services
- Complete expedited document translations within one day for 10 pages
- Provide interpreters for court hearings and legal proceedings
- Create detailed monthly invoices with service documentation
