The buyer seeks applications from facilities interested in adopting Strategic Energy Management practices. The program offers two paths: SEM On Demand and Virtual Treasure Hunts. Participants will receive custom energy management assessments, treasure hunts to identify energy-saving opportunities, and access to resources and tools. The program aims to help facilities reduce energy use, decrease GHG emissions, and meet environmental and resilience goals.

• Establish organization-wide energy management commitments
• Attend virtual SEM workshops delivered by an SEM Coach
• Participate in a treasure hunt to identify energy-saving projects
• Create an Energy Policy and Energy Goals
• Implement low-/no-cost and capital projects to reduce energy use
• Track energy performance and project completion
• Identify GHG reduction measures including electrification and renewable energy
• Provide staff to attend treasure hunt events
• Collect and share production, energy, and other relevant data
• Form an Energy Team with members from multiple organizational levels
