• Evaluate proposals for technical merits in abating or preventing air pollution
• Assess project compliance with local, state, and federal rules, laws, and codes
• Develop and review measurement and verification (M&V) plans for projects
• Conduct field inspections and participate in project-specific meetings
• Analyze energy consumption, air emissions, and related data for program performance
• Provide technical assistance to local governments and small businesses for clean air projects
• Review and make recommendations on program guidelines and documentation
• Prepare data visualizations of program technical information
• Assist in developing quality assurance plans for environmental data collection
• Support GGRF reporting and compliance with federal requirements
